A serviced office is a private, lockable workspace with 24/7 access and an all-inclusive monthly fee. This covers utilities (WiFi, light, heating), facilities (kitchens, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, showers), and services (cleaning, maintenance, and a staffed reception).

Your team will also get free access to weekly member events — taking the hassle out of team bonding and professional development. Plus, you’ll have the support of The Tara Building team to cater to your needs. It’s everything you need to run your business smoothly, without the fuss.

What amenities are on site?

As a private office tenant, you’ll have access to two meeting rooms, reception, phone booths, breakout spaces, postal and print services, high-speed WiFi, two kitchens, our rooftop garden, secure bike storage, showers and more. You’ll also enjoy free fruit, tea, barista-style coffee, and weekly member events.

How flexible are the rental terms?

Very! We offer short- and long-term options with no hidden fees, and can tailor a plan that fits your business needs.

Is access to meeting rooms included?

Yes! You will have access to our two meeting rooms, which cater for 8-10 people and are fully equipped with everything you need to have a productive meeting. Every private office comes with an allowance of free meeting room credits.

Can we use the coworking areas?

If you or a colleague would like to use a coworking desk, just let us know at reception and we’ll add a coworking pass to your account. You’re also welcome to use our communal areas and breakout spaces as needed.
