Our meeting rooms come with natural light, air conditioning, and all the tech you need — from super-fast WiFi to Polycom video conferencing, intelligent cameras and microphones, adjustable TVs with secure screen-sharing, plus a whiteboard and flipchart.
Unlimited tea and FairChain coffee are included, with the option to add pastries or lunch catering. And with our friendly team on hand, you can count on everything running smoothly from start to finish.

Meeting Rooms FAQs
Unlimited tea & FairChain coffee is included with your booking. Fresh pastries and lunch options are available upon request (please allow 3 days notice for us to complete any requests for this). Just fill out our booking form and then we’ll take it from there.
Our minimum booking is 1 hour, with discounted rates for half or full day rentals. We can accommodate bookings (including multi-day rentals) Monday to Sunday, pending on availability. Get in touch to tell us about your next meeting requirements and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
A full refund will be issued when written cancellation is received 72 hours before the booking. A refund of 50% will be given to written cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice or for any catering arranged.
Each meeting room comes with high-speed WiFi, Polycom video conferencing with an intelligent camera and microphones, adjustable TV screens, secure screen-sharing systems, HDMI connections, acoustic wall panels, and air conditioning.
Our Earth meeting room is fully accessible, located on the ground floor with a wide entrance and accessible toilets nearby. Please let us know your accessibility requirements when booking, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you wherever possible. For more detail (and photos), see our accessibility page.
We’re based right in Dublin city centre, with excellent transport links on the doorstep — the DART, Dublin Bus, and Luas all stop just minutes away. While there’s no on-site parking, you’ll find Park Rite car parks at City Quay and Custom House. We’re also only a 20-minute drive from Dublin Airport.
Members enjoy a fixed discounted rate as part of their membership. External bookings are confirmed on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability. All external bookings must be confirmed via email, and pricing will follow the rates listed on our website at the time of booking, these rates are final once confirmed.
