The vast majority of my professional experience is within the Irish food & drink industry, covering everything from start-ups to semi-state agencies. What I love most is discovering the unique stories that producers have, which we help to tell to an array of audiences. It’s a cliché but no two days are the same within communications; and I love the variety and constant learning that this brings!
