We are delighted to welcome GORM as Tara Building’s newest Social Impact Resident. GORM joined us in May and will be based in Tara Building for the next six months as part of our Social Impact Residency programme.

GORM is an Irish based intercultural consultancy and award-winning social enterprise founded by Dr Mamobo Ogoro. Through training, consultancy, media and learning experiences, GORM works with organisations, educational institutions and communities to strengthen intercultural competence and create more inclusive environments.

At the heart of GORM’s work is a vision to spark a movement of unity across differences and advance belonging for marginalised communities. Their approach is grounded in the principles of belonging and delivered through intercultural media and education initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for learning, connection and understanding.

We are excited to support GORM’s work over the coming months and look forward to having them as part of the Tara Building community.
