Applications now open for the 2026 residency (May – October 2026)
We’re delighted to open applications for The Tara Building’s Social Impact Residency, offering space for a small number of individuals or teams (up to three people) working on projects that create positive social or environmental change.
Over six months, residents will have the opportunity to develop their work while becoming part of our vibrant coworking community in the heart of Dublin 2. Whether you’re working on sustainability, community initiatives, social enterprise, advocacy, or new ideas for positive change, this is a chance to base yourself at Tara and connect with others doing thoughtful work.

Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from individuals or small teams working on projects that aim to create positive social or environmental impact.
We’re particularly interested in people who are excited to be part of a coworking community — sharing ideas, connecting with others, and contributing to the collaborative spirit of Tara.
