We’re beyond excited to welcome Síofra Caherty to The Tara Building as this month’s CreativeMornings Dublin speaker!

Síofra is the founder and designer of Jump The Hedges, an award-winning sustainable design studio. After working with global brands like Adidas, Levi’s, and Portwest, she set up her own practice to take a material- and waste-led approach to product creation – turning reclaimed and regenerative materials into long-lasting, purposeful designs.

Jump The Hedges creates bags and garments using truck tarpaulin, aeroplane seat parts, waste leather, and organic textiles. The studio has received Future Maker of Ireland Awards in 2015, 2016, and 2021, and the RDS Craft Award in 2022. Its work has been featured in Design Milk, The Irish Times, RTÉ’s Climate Heroes, and Positive News.

Most recently, Síofra launched the Farm to Garment project, tracking every step of a T-shirt’s journey from field to factory.
