I help people and organisations join up the dots and explore new, more sustainable possibilities and innovations in business, economies and societies — towards finding a new ‘sweet spot’ — not only through developing more sustainable solutions but also by making them work commercially: enhancing value to the customer while reducing risk and cost in delivery. My work also incorporates a strong emphasis on capability development – embedding and leaving a lasting legacy.

Losing everything material, after the great financial crisis: A strangely liberating experience that recalibrated my views of success; re-taught me to be thankful, value the small things, appreciate the people around me, and be positive about new possibilities. I haven’t looked back.
