Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do.
I have been working in digital for a long time now from traditional marketing agencies to a few years in Google and tech start-up. Business, in general, is something that I have always really enjoyed. I set up BlueStem back in 2017 with no money or clients in the pipeline but thankfully all has worked out and we are now a full-service marketing agency. Not being able to sit still for too long, I am currently working on two more projects; Swiftly – an estate state agency offering flat rate fees and the opportunity for vendors to manage their own sales and save thousands. Wedding Venues 360 – a wedding suppliers website with venues adopting VR Tours.
What’s your favourite fail?
It must have been the second year of secondary school. The ‘business bug’ had already kicked in and I was looking to see where I could make some cash. The big idea was to burn music CDs as everyone had Discmans at the time. So the Easter holidays came about, I spent what seemed to be a fortune (probably €10) and bought a bunch of blank CDs, burnt a few popular albums at the time, when back into school after the holidays……and everyone now had a MiniDisc player.
