Part-time ambassador to Sligo, full-time communications whizz. Likely to be found in charity shops, reading weekend newspapers, chatting or laughing. Passionate about the climate + creative things. I’m an Account Director at &Smyth Creative Communications, where I’ve worked for four years. The vast majority of my professional experience is within the Irish food & drink industry, covering everything from start-ups to semi-state agencies. What I love most is discovering the unique stories that producers have, which we help to tell to an array of audiences. It’s a cliché but no two days are the same within communications; and I love the variety and constant learning that this brings!

My most recent involved getting on the wrong bus and missing my theory test, (as I had gone in the completely wrong direction) much to the amusement of everyone but me! Being able to laugh and draw a line under things certainly helps with embracing failures.
