Tell us a bit about yourself and what you do.
I’m a wordsmith. I use words to sell products, services and ideas. I specialise in the creation of digital content, including blogs and web copy. I also work with brands to establish their tone of voice, and provide them with an editorial guideline they can follow.
What is your favourite fail?
When I was in secondary school, I fell upside down into a bin during assembly. Everyone saw.
More recently: accidentally posting the content for clients on my own personal Facebook profile. It was about digestive discomfort during the menopause.
